Cốt truyện của game xoay quanh 1 loại virus biến tất cả người dân tại 1 thành phố nọ thì Zombies ăn thịt người, và bạn đang bị mắc kẹt trong 1 cửa hàng tạp hoá cùng với 1 số người dân chưa bị nhiễm virus và bạn sẽ phải giải quyết những câu đố, tìm kiếm những đồ vật ... để cứu mình và những người dân khác thoát khỏi tiêm tạp hoá
