Cloudyfa 6.5.03 ROM for Diamond

Changelog:
- New OS build (21169) base on new Offical ROM (27-2)
- Updated newest OEM from Topaz
- Clean ROM with all WM6.5 new stuff
FAQs:
- Notification issue. Workaround:
1) Disable Titanium and do a soft-reset. (Use another home UI instead, such as: Manila3D, HomeUI,...)
2) Change the default SMS ringtone to default MIDI files, such as: PegDisconnect, Standard, Voiceprvcy,...)
3) Use mRing to handle ringtone for phone and sms (not tested yet)
- Sometime can't go back to Titanium. Workaround:
Go to Settings\Today, disable and enable Titanium.
- Can't see new "Slide to Answer"
It only appears when you have a phonecall while your device locked
