Can I get an unlock code for my Treo?
Occasionally, yes. You can sometimes get an official unlock code from your carrier by requesting it. They will often not oblige unless you have been a customer for a certain length of time, they may even pretend they don't know what you are talking about. Obviously it is not in their interests to allow you to unlock your phone and use it with another carrier. It is not illegal to unlock a phone (although the operators might like you to think it is) and in many countries the carriers are legally obliged to provide the code on request. It's worth a try
Just in case you DO get the SIM subsidy unlock code, which is a unique 8 digit number based on your phone's 15 digit IMEI number:
Go into your Phone App and in the dial pad type the following:
*#*# eight_digit_code_you_got # SEND
You should get a message that it was successfull.

A word of caution with the above: the Phone app will always allow you to enter ANY 8 digit code and always come back saying it was successfull, even if it is the wrong code. After several (5 we believe) the phone can not be unlocked anymore with the Unlock code itself, only bringing the phone into a shop or using the technique explained below.

4. Tải chương trình 1 trong 2 file dưới
Phần 2 :
1. Copy vào thư mục /PALM/LAUNCHER thông qua chương trình card explorer. hay dùng hộp đọc thẻ
2. Thực hiện việc Hard reset để biết làm như thế nào là Hard reset bạn đọc bài về cách reset, warm reset và hard reset.
3. Mở menu trên máy điện thoại di chuyển tới ứng dụng tên là *.prc dưới
4. Máy sẽ hỏi update now chọn OK.
5. Chờ cho tới khi máy thực hiện xong quá trình cập nhật firmware mới.
6. Máy sẽ tự động thực hiện việc hard reset. Lúc này bạn thấy máy có giao diện khác lúc đầu 1 chút
Bây giờ bỏ SIM vô và sử dụng bình thường
