Tools you need:
hexworkshop from
http://www.bpsoft.com/downloads/ Any rom winzip or winrar a valid UNL file for your phone.
take sim card and sd card out of the phone.
install hexworkshop and winzip/winrar
Take any rom for example:RUU_Excalibur_HTC_GER_1.11.407.2_4.1.13.28 _02.63.90_Ship.exe
in explorer, right click on it and select "Extract files..."
Now it will unpack all the files
You'll have now
"HRUU_signed.nbh"
right click on it and Click "Hex Edit with Hex Workshop"
You'll see on the 5th row EXCA20000
Make it EXCA***** (5 stars) and save file Now right click on ROMUpdateUtility.exe and "Hex Edit with Hex Workshop"
Search for word password.it will find it at 0x3FC6C after password replace "BsaD5SeoA" with IMEICHECK save exe file
Now connect the phone to the pc (normal way).
1) Complete Unlock phone using the unlocker <== REALLY IMPORTANT
2) run unlocker (again) and when the unlocker ask for UNL file, remove the USB cable from the phone and press cancel on the unlocker open window.
3)After you close the unlocker, attach usb cable (screen is white)
4) start RUUUpdate.exe....
5) when finished and device started fix the "Data Crashed" problem by running the unlocker again and this time select the key file normal way (full unlock process again).
