Ok, this file NP posted before already, but most of the values were not totally accurated, at least that's what ive found with so many reflashes and tests.. the values i will give to you not only will improve performance but also give you the opportunity to maintain as much as possible your RAM in good shape, another aspect i considered was to mantain the cellphone cool enough even under lot of stress for heavy usage (several apps opened and working at the same time).
0x0 int 24 0 cap_rd=alwayspass cap_wr=alwaysfail (you could achieve AT MOST 34, but your cell could fry your hand on heavy use, so dont try to go beyond, unless you down the graphic complex rate, cause their somehow are inversely proportional 2:1 example: 24 must have 6 at LEAST, 26 must have 5, etc...)
0x1 int 92 0 cap_rd=alwayspass cap_wr=alwaysfail (92% is the best value cause 100% may cause some stability issues, besides 434mhz is 100% so 92% must be 434/1.08 = 401.85mhz - 400mhz rounded instead the 75% 434/1.25 = 347.2 rounded 345 crappy mhz )

If you want to test these values your phone must to be hacked, then just download the attached file, go to C:/private/10202be9/persists/ delete the 10283344.cre (if it is, if not dont worry), finaly copy the file and paste to C:/private/10202be9/ and reboot. You can actually meassure your phone RAM and feel the speedy improvement.
PD This file is considered of high risk if you altered too much the values could end in some weard behavior, and in some circumstances you may get a VERY HOT cellphone, so if you want to mod it do it with caution.
If you experienced a hot behavior, lower the value of the CPU clock speed to at least 80%, you must consider 75% is the default value (that's another reason for not to use 100%).
